Friday, August 7^th, the Emission Test Center will be relocating its business after 15 years at 3606 Old Seward Highway. We have lost our lease and have had to move our location.

We will now be joining Qwik Lube at 4647 Old Seward Highway serving you with even more services to offer.

In the last 15 years the Emission Test Center has performed over 300,000 emission tests and processed over ten million dollars in vehicle registrations for the State of Alaska. The Emission Test Center initiated the concept of one-stop DMV and emission testing back in 1994 and are proud to have expanded its services to include titling and new plates.

At our new location we will continue to provide qwik and easy emission testing with 6 bays to serve you. We will be offering expanded DMV services including vehicle registrations, title changes, new plates and driver records. We are a certified DMV partner and can provide most services that you receive at DMV except for driver’s licenses while you wait.
